Deep in the Heart of Texas...

There is nothing like a week in Texas. I haven't been to the Alamo in years and I forgot how surprisingly small it is for such a huge war that took place there.

Did I mention how humid it is in Texas?

We spent many meals eating Mexican food and the best Mexican food of all time is at a restaurant called Pappasito's Cantina, which is where we are in this picture. The best homemade tortillas ever and bombay carne asada.

The last night we were there we had to fit in a round of bowling. J man won of course, and Lin was super excited that she didn't get last place. She beat the number 1 loser by 1 pin. Good game Bean.

Did you see my mention of Pappasito's on linds' comments? I love that place. I could visit TX more often if I knew your clan would be there to hang out with. Don't you love the healthy glow the humidity gives you? Makes you want to take many showers.
