Our volleyball team is so cute and so good. They now have a 16-0 record and are playing for the championship tomorrow. So I spent the night putting together Good Luck bags. I should volunteer as a room mother or something. I love to do things like this. I know I am a bleeding heart, but these are the kinds of things that your mom would do for you on the final game of the season, and unfortunately that's not the case for them. There are only two girls on the whole team that even have family members that comes to games to support them. It makes me think back about all the time my parents spent watching me at games, dance concerts, assemblies, and half times. I think back then, I just expected that they would be there. Now I realize what a commitment it was for them and how much of their time they sacrificed for me. I love you both for that!

Seriously, Paige, I always knew you were sweet and tender but Ihad no idea how committed to the welfare of other people you are! What a blessing in these lives you are; I think family is often what you create, not just those to whom you were born.
