Lindsey, Ben and I went on a date to the most romantic restaurant in New Jersey apparently. They should have thought twice before they named it Rat's Restaurant. I guess it is named after a character in Wind in the Willow. It was so much fun. We got lost in the 35 acres of amazing scenery and awesome sculptures.
