At school on Friday we held a closing circle for the two students that passed away. We decided to do a balloon release at the end. I decided to go with white balloons because it seemed like that made the most sense at the time. Big mistake. I'll explain...
It was actually pretty touching to watch the kids with the balloons.
But the further away the balloons got...
The more they looked just like...
Swimming sperm. Seriously all of a sudden all the kids were laughing and I knew exactly what they were thinking. It made the mood a little lighter after a heavy heavy day. But I wish I would have picked any color BUT white.
